1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brand My Coffee website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to final artwork approval, sourcing availability, and freight conditions. Orders are confirmed once payment and final artwork are received.

3. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos or trademarks you submit. You retain ownership of your brand assets; Brand My Coffee retains rights to its own templates and production files.

4. Production, Shipping and Returns

Production lead times begin after artwork approval. Because items are custom printed, all sales are final unless the product is defective or differs materially from the approved proof. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and may change with material costs. Payment terms are specified on each quote or invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brand My Coffee's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
